Our entire investment process is founded on clear
1
Your objectives and risk tolerance.
2
Analysis of economic data and geopolitical developments.
3
Developing a strategy tailored to your investment horizon.
4
Asset engineering.
We help you structure and optimise your assets in a
way that meets your long-term objectives.
5
Reporting and consolidation.
Clear, detailed and transparent reports.
Management means anticipation
This maxim, tried and tested over decades of experience in the field, is at the heart of our management process.
Anticipation does not mean guessing
Here at Genvil, we observe and analyse tangible economic and financial data on a daily basis, combining it with our original views on political and geostrategic events.
We identify possible scenarios concerning the development of financial assets.
The corresponding opportunities enable us to establish an investment strategy that meets your objectives.
Top-down approach
When implementing an investment policy, our approach is based on a top-down asset allocation process that does not neglect other aspects (technicalanalysis, flow analysis, company earnings).
We review our investment strategies annually, with an intended investment horizon of three to five years.
This revision process is essential if we are to validate our hypotheses and the resulting scenarios on a regular basis.
We demonstrate pragmatism, flexibility and responsiveness in the tactical management of a portfolio, i.e. its composition with a time horizon of 6-12 months.
Investment Committee
The Investment Committee is responsible for regularly reviewing the composition of the portfolios and adjusting them where necessary.
As part of its tactical choices, the Investment Committee may alter the level of exposure to different asset classes (cash, bonds, equities, etc.).
The liquidity of an investment is a priority.
We are agnostic about the nature of investments (individual securities, investment funds, ETFs, etc.), but we keep in mind that cost control is a priority when it comes to protecting your interests.
Our tactical decisions
Our tactical decisions are subject to (maximum/minimum) limits that clearly frame each strategy (conservative, balanced, growth).
Our goal? To manage risk and ensure we communicate our investment choices in an optimal way.
